Vivace Espresso does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We will only release account and other personal information if we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; facilitate court proceedings; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Vivace Espresso Limited, our users, or others.
Delivery Address Details
Vivace Espresso enables you to save one or more delivery addresses which we will store against your profile. When you buy an item you have the option of entering a new delivery address which can be your own or a recipient of your choice.
It is the policy of Vivace Espresso to send our members emails throughout the purchasing process and other Newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. In addition, Vivace Espresso will send out promotional material to its Newsletters subscribers promoting material related to Vivace Espresso.
We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our members, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.
Other information we collect
We collect and use additional information to carry out internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and serve you and our community. Vivace Espresso currently offers online purchasing for delivery throughout New Zealand.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
There will be a freight charge to the customer (unless otherwise stated upon checkout), dependent on item and distance.
This charge is calculated and added to the cart total upon proceeding to the checkout screen, also in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Returns Policy and Procedure
Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following: An exchange or a replacement product or a refund.
Items must be returned in original condition to the place of purchase.
If purchased online the items must be returned to the roastery, 474 Tuam St, Christchurch.
Items must be returned within a 7 day period.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Vivace Espresso will not be responsible for any additional freight costs.
If a product is not suitable Vivace Espresso reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.
