Refund Policy

Items must be returned in original condition to the place of purchase.

Items must be returned within a 7 day period.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Online purchases

If purchased online the items must be returned to the roastery, 387 Brougham St, Christchurch.

Vivace Espresso will not be responsible for any additional freight costs.

Conditions

If a product is not suitable Vivace Espresso reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.
