Sourced from farms around Lake Atitlán, this area is located in the volcanic area of Santa Rosa, between 1,300 and 1,700 meters above sea level. Thanks to the lake's microclimate, high altitude, and volcanic soil, the coffee develops profiles characterized by pronounced acidity, delicate citrus notes, and a full body.
